Healthcare HD provides durable medical equipment and related healthcare products and services, including, but not limited to, Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs), orthopedic braces and phototherapy equipment.

Program Description: Healthcare HD may send SMS or MMS messages regarding medical equipment inquiries, eligibility, incomplete forms, documentation, insurance coverage, orders, delivery, account servicing and customer support. Consumers who separately consent to marketing communications may also receive information regarding Healthcare HD products, services and offers.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Healthcare HD and the communications you have consented to receive.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile service plan.

Opt-Out and Help: Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply. You may also contact Healthcare HD using the information provided at the end of this policy.

Mobile Information and SMS Privacy

Healthcare HD does not sell, rent or share SMS opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
